The European Cyber Securiry Organisation (ECSO) is proud to host an exclusive webinar on Cyber Threat Intelligence titled: “Building Resilience with Cyber Threat Intelligence: Key Insights & Practical Application”. Join us for an insightful webinar that explores two critical aspects of modern security and influence strategies. First, we’ll dive into the evolution of Influence Operations (IO), focusing on how AI and digital ecosystems are reshaping tactics for manipulating perceptions and behaviours. Discover how AI-powered tools and automated bots are enabling sophisticated methods of spreading disinformation, affecting political, economic, and social outcomes. In the second part, we’ll examine the shifting landscape of cybersecurity, highlighting the importance of a pre-emptive approach to thwart potential cyber threats before they occur. Through predictive analytics and threat intelligence, organizations can enhance their defences and build a future-proof cybersecurity strategy against increasingly advanced threats.

Speakers:

  • Luigi Lenguito (BforeAI, CEO)
  • Gerardo Santos (S2Grupo, Head of Threat Hunting and Security Researcher)

Key topics:

Influence Operations with AI and other means
Gerardo Santos Soler, Head of Threat Hunting at S2Grupo

This presentation seeks to explore Influence Operations (IO) and their development through the use of modern technologies and ecosystems, aimed at manipulating the perceptions and behaviors of individuals or groups for political, economic, or social goals. Traditionally, Influence Operations relied on tactics like propaganda, disinformation, and media control. However, with the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the expansion of cyberspace, these strategies have become more sophisticated enabling the creation of highly tailored and targeted content by analyzing vast amounts of data, making it easier to manipulate emotions and opinions through social media. Automated bots, which mimic human interactions, can spread disinformation on a large scale and give the false impression of widespread support.

Preemptive Cybersecurity — Building Toward a Future of Cyber Deterrence
Luigi Lenguito, CEO at BforeAi

Cybersecurity has long been a continuous and evolving challenge, with threat actors frequently dictating the pace of the race. In this session, we will explore how organisations can shift the paradigm of security from traditional detection and response strategies to a more proactive approach focused on prediction and preemption. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and advanced analytics, organisations can better anticipate potential threats and take preemptive actions to neutralize them before they cause harm. This presentation will highlight how the proactive use of threat intelligence, predictive modeling, and real-time data analysis can give your organisation a competitive edge in the fight against cyber threats. Join us to learn how to stay ahead of the curve, enhance your cybersecurity posture, and ensure more resilient and agile defense strategies in the face of increasingly sophisticated adversaries.

Context:

To support organisations in enhancing their cybersecurity defenses, ECSO invites its Members to share case studies on the successful application of CTI. These real-world examples will showcase how organisations have used CTI to anticipate and thwart threats before they cause harm.

This session will foster meaningful discussions among cybersecurity practitioners, CTI experts, solution providers, and public authorities. By exchanging knowledge and experiences, ECSO aims to promote the operationalisation of CTI and strengthen collaboration across sectors. The focus will be on practical strategies for improving threat detection, response times, and overall resilience.

We would be delighted if you would join us for this opportunity to engage with industry experts and peers, share insights, and contribute to discussions on enhancing cybersecurity practices.

Eligibility

This webinar is exclusive for ECSO Members, ECSO CISO Community Members, and public authorities’ representatives. Participants will be accepted upon registration.

About the ECSO CISO Community

The ECSO CISO Community hosts Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and other cybersecurity experts working closely with CISOs*, from all across Europe and sectors. Its objective is to promote the exchange of information, good practices, threat intelligence, and to develop common positions of cybersecurity practitioners. To achieve this, the ECSO CISO Community provides regular discussions on topics of general interest to CISOs with a variety of backgrounds and experience levels.
